MAGICAL KENYA LADIES OPEN TO BE AIRED GLOBALLY ON LIVE TV

The Magical Kenya Ladies Open will be aired live in Kenya and worldwide to an estimated audience of 270 million viewers over four days. The action from the PGA-accredited Baobab Course at the Vipingo Ridge in Kilifi will air live for three hours daily and from 1500 hours to 1800 hours from Thursday to Saturday, and 1430hrs to 1730 hours on Sunday.

As was the case in 2019, KTN News are the exclusive domestic broadcaster, having acquired the Free to Air (FTA) rights, and they will carry the live signal on TV from the 10th to 13th February for one hour daily from Thursday to Saturday, and for two hours on Sunday. However, the station will broadcast the entire three-hour broadcast daily on the Standard Group's website (www.standardmedia.co.ke) and YouTube pages.

There are 13 International Broadcasters for the tournament - broadcasting across 69 territories - which include: Golf Channel, Sky Sports, Fox Sports, O2 TV Sport, Nelonen / Ruutu, Golf Channel France, Stod 2, Dubai Sports Channel, SPARK, SPOTV, Movistar Golf, TrueSports, and Sky Sport.

The tournament will also be aired live on YouTube across Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, Vatican City, India, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The tournament teed off for Round One today, Thursday, February 10, at 7:45 am. Spectators can purchase tickets to the four-day tournament online on ticketsasa.com for KES 500 per day. COVID-19 protocols that govern public events in Kenya will be strictly applied for the safety and health of fans and players. Only fully vaccinated spectators will be allowed to access the venue.
